What Travellers Say
Reviews Summary
Visitors praise the Middle Littleton Tithe Barn for its magnificent medieval architecture and historical significance, particularly its role in grain storage. The presence of a historic cider press and a pleasant orchard adds to its charm. However, a significant downside is the extensive pigeon population inside the barn, leading to droppings that detract from the experience for some.
"Ticked away behind private houses and not accessible with large vehicles. Just the barn and outbuildings. You can wander in the tithe barn itself which is incredible but I'd suggest the pub down the road for faccessible"

"Fantastic building but has been overtaken by pigeons. Worth a visit, good parking, dog friendly, has a small orchard next to it. Is a national trust property, but free to enter donations welcome if your not a member."

"Wonderful building, the other reviews were right about the pigeons, be aware that they have 1000% taken over this gem of a building, and they may startle you when you enter! But what can you do? Pigeons are going do what pigeons do! So there's a lot of poop inside! The exterior and the outer buildings connected are magnificent and so
much bigger than expected! If you like your history, have a stop off here! We also saw a HUGE apple press for making cider (this is in the smaller barn with the steps connected to it, only visible through the windows) There's even an orchard at the back.
Recommended :)"
