"Pleasantly peaceful valley with footpaths running along the route of a stream. A good walk with some historic mill buildings to see along the way. The ground can get very muddy after wet weather so robust footwear is advisable. Loose itself is a very attractive village with a friendly community, worth a look if you're in the Maidstone area."
