"The old part of the cemetery is in an appalling state. When trying to tend to my mothers grave, which is only three years old, and is also the family plot, I had to cut back the grass in order to reach the grave for upkeep. When repurchasing the grave I was told that the upkeep was my responsibility, how can I manage the upkeep when the surrounding grass is not cut and the cemetery is left in such an awful state. Apparently it is left this way to protect wildlife, I think it is rather that the council do not wish to pay for its upkeep."
