What Travellers Say
Reviews Summary
Visitors consistently praise Leith Hill for its beautiful scenery, extensive walking trails, and the rewarding panoramic views from the tower. It's a highly recommended spot for dog owners and those seeking a peaceful escape into nature. However, the tower's variable opening hours and potential for weekend crowds are noted drawbacks.
"Been here a few times, love this place. The walks are beautiful and there are quite a few paths to take. Scenery is unmatched for this part of Surrey and would thoroughly recommend it. Great for walking your dog as well. The walk from the car park to the tower is about 20 minutes but well worth it."

"Beautiful place for a hike, there is a cafe in the tower for a small bite or coffee. It can get really busy on weekends, but plenty of space to spread out and lots of walking paths. We parked at the bottom and hiked up, it’s about a medium level of steepness. You can purchase tickets to go inside the tower, but it was closed for renovations for several months when we went."

"Shadow and I had such a lovely day out at Leith Hill today! 🐾🌳 It’s one of those places that just has something special about it. Shadow was absolutely in his element—darting around, leaping onto logs, and having the time of his life. Watching him enjoy himself so much always makes my heart happy. ❤️
As for me, I got to sit back, relax, and take in the most gorgeous views. There’s nothing quite like a bit of fresh air and beautiful scenery to recharge the soul.
Oh, and the food! I treated myself to a homemade sausage roll and a cup of coffee, and let me tell you, they were both absolutely delightful. The perfect little pick-me-up!
If you’re ever looking for a place to escape to for some fresh air and fun—whether you’re solo or with your furry friends—I can’t recommend Leith Hill enough. Shadow and I are already looking forward to our next visit! 🐕☕️🍂"
