What Travellers Say
Reviews Summary
Kinmel Bay Beach is appreciated for its quieter atmosphere compared to other North Wales coastal spots. Visitors enjoy the scenic promenade walks and the expansive sandy areas revealed at low tide. While primarily a pebble beach, it offers a peaceful escape with basic amenities like a coffee stand and parking. Some note that a clean-up crew could improve its tidiness.
"Quieter place than some of the other parts of the northern coast. When the tide is in, it’s a pebble beach, but still comfortable to lie on as they are nice large round pebbles.
The nearby prom is good for distance walks and there’s sand dunes for the dog walking side too!
If this was helpful, give it a like so it can help others 😉 Have a nice day!"

"Nice, fairly quiet section of Welsh beach. Easily accessible with reasonable parking as well as coffee and ice-cream stop for visitors. It's not as frequented as beaches further along so can make for a nice section to visit for a more peaceful time. Beach itself is fairly clean but could do with a clean up crew visit once in a while but definitely better than some visited"

"Really nice little walk. Great views and beautiful when the sun is shining and even setting! Great way to get from Lyons winkups caravan site to Asda avoiding all of the traffic so it's a more relaxing walk."
