"Amazing so much to see and do! Loved the Avery, wooded walk, bandstand and anchor. I walked round the boating lake - good to see still had water in and the fountains were trying their best! Lots of side of the road parking, toilets always a plus!"

"Nice park area for strolling with the pooch .
Meerkats and aviary are interesting, had to walk round the outside edge as dogs are not allowed with the fenced area. Still managed to see everything in the aviary.
Plenty of areas outside the park to park the car.
Little paths lead off in different directions. Letting you discover hidden gems like the small pond.
Open grass areas allow freedom for the dogs. Beware though, there is an abundance of wild birds. Lots of young ones at the time we went and the adult birds can become very defensive.
Large lake to walk around too.
A nice way to spend an hour or so."

"Lovely park to visit for a few hours during the school holidays. Well maintained in comparison to others locally.
A few animals to see, including meerkats, two areas for the kids to play (outdoor exercise equipment and kids play area). A large lake and lots of green space."
