What Travellers Say
Reviews Summary
KidZania London offers an engaging and educational experience for children, with many praising the immersive role-play and the staff's organization for parties. However, some visitors, particularly during adult nights, have noted issues with long queues, closed activities, and a perceived lack of maintenance or cleanliness in certain areas.
"We had our son’s 3rd birthday party at Kidsmania last week and I couldn’t be happier with how it all went! Firstly the communication with the staff leading up to the party was excellent and the actual running of the day from cake, to singing, to lunch served, to coffees for the adults served - it was all just so well organised! I didn’t do a thing and could have fun and enjoy it with my son and get to know the parents from his nursery!! I highly reccomend!!!!"

"Had my son's first birthday here with an exclusive hire and it was absolutely amazing! Staff were so lovely and accommodating. My son and friends had a blast (as well as the adults😂) would highly recommend!"
Michelle Lam
"Really frustrating staff. I took my son here only to find out it was closed for a private party with no notice. I checked their hours online about an hour before I was due to take my son and there was nothing indicated about it. When asked the staff about why they didn’t update their website they just shrugged their shoulders and said “whoops”. Meanwhile my son is crying because he is seeing other kids go in for the private party and he doesn’t get to go. There were other parents in my same situation who were also frustrated. What a disastrous way to run a children’s focused business. I will not be going again."
