"had my therapy dog with me and as the gates were closed so we walked to the reception to see if there’s a chance we could get through that way. We didn’t even step through the door before the receptionist SHOUTED at me ‘you can’t bring that dog in here!’ i then said to her about it being a therapy dog and instantly got shut down again after saying we just wanted to make our way to the OUTDOOR pitches. After another rude comment we decided to go and sit at the car, then another member of staff came to open the gates we originally asked for and stood there a good 20 minutes staring at me and making out that i wasn’t to come in, i felt very intimidated and anxious by the behaviour of the staff here considering she is a therapy dog for anxiety!!"
