"Had an exceptional visit to this incredibly unique venue. The oldest surviving cinema in Scotland! Beautifully refurbished piece of local history that’s also a functioning cinema and venue hire. I mean if you were going to the pictures - wouldn’t you want to pick the most amazing art deco venue!!! It’s worth travelling from Edinburgh to go and see (like me) honestly - a brilliant place, friendly and knowledgable staff, and great seating - you’ll feel like you’ve gone back in time :D Priceless!!!"

"Gem of a place. Visited this place for a wee whisky taster session and watch the old classic "Whisky Galore ". If you live close to Edinburgh this place is well worth a visit with prices a lot cheaper than your local Odeon. It's the oldest cinema in Scotland dating back to 1912, and has lovely art deco feel about it. Definitely will be back for another visit soon."
