This morning I ran at Haughmond Hill near Shrewsbury with @shrewsburyathleticclub athlete and Shropshire U11 league leader @nitronorah! 🔥🔥🔥 We faced a number of obstacles including steep hills, slippery rocks, loose dogs and small children, but we both got round without too much issue 🙌🏻. It was also great to catch up with @ronijetskohring over a hot chocolate afterwards 😀🙌🏻! See you both soon....
