"Another lovely wood in the area where can easily spend a good few hours trailing. This woodland like a number of others in the area have both a really good bike track and plenty of footpaths that are easy/flat and more challenging/hilly.
There is plenty of wildlife to keep a lookout for with a few small watered areas and also plenty of shelter which is great for both wet and dry weather.
The car park is free and has plenty of spaces - just pay attention to the timings that the gates are locked in the evening. (Don’t get locked in!!)"
