What Travellers Say
Reviews Summary
Visitors frequently praise the RNLI Great Yarmouth and Gorleston Lifeboat Station for its visitor-friendly atmosphere and the dedication of its volunteers. The opportunity to see the impressive lifeboats and support a vital charity through merchandise purchases are common highlights. However, some visitors have noted issues with communication regarding events like fireworks, leading to disappointment.
"Very disappointed, 2nd year of having a terrified dog from your "fire work event" the lack of letter through the door yet again meant i was met by a very rude man standing next to a norwich artificial grass van, to be told he wasn't breaking the law even though it's on public land and he wouldn't be stopping. My main concern is the lack of consideration and communication to the houses near by where these were taken place."

"Saw new Shannon Class boat along with several other Lifeboats that had escorted her in"
Mary Thompson
"I didn't get in but I met two of the team, a married couple, who shared really useful information with me for a boat trip I need to make. They took 30 minutes of their own time to chat and answer questions.
Extremely generous and a great indicator of their love for what they do - and who they do it for.
Thank you both so very much"
