What Travellers Say
Reviews Summary
Visitors praise Capel Manor Gardens for its beautiful and diverse themed gardens, engaging mini zoo, and unique experiences like alpaca walks and shoe-making demonstrations. The free parking and wheelchair accessibility are also noted positives. However, some find the admission price a bit high for families, and a dedicated children's playground is missed by some.
"We visited this lovely garden yesterday and it was very nice place the garden and they have some animals which is good for kids to see and enjoy.
The staffs are nice and friendly and the parking is free for cars which is good.
They could do with playground for kids to play and enjoy and I think that way could attract more families too which will be more buisness for them as I think very few people visit there because was very quite as I think may be admission £10 for adult and £6 for kids may be too much for some families.
So I will recommend and maybe visit again."

"Amazing day out walking the Alpacas, was a shared experience so brought two friends along with me, the Alpacas were gorgeous, we later explored the mini zoo where they had owls, guinea pigs, python, etc... stopped off in the cafe for a spot of lunch, we then attempted to explore the gardens however it started pouring with rain so couldn't... aside from bad weather it was a beautiful day out, and I loved Miles, Bramble and Honey (Alpacas) also made lots of purchases in there souvenir shop which was lovely. If you love nature and animals then I highly recommend. I'll definitely be back!"

"We had our wedding at Capel Manor and couldn’t have asked for a more beautiful venue or a more supportive team. From start to finish, everything was handled with such care and attention to detail. The staff especially Laura were always kind, helpful, and made the whole process feel so easy and stress-free.
On the day itself, Laura and the rest of the team made sure everything ran so smoothly so we were able to just relax and enjoy every moment.
The gardens made such a stunning backdrop for our ceremony and photos, and so many of our guests commented on how special the venue felt. We’re so grateful to the team for helping to make our day truly unforgettable.
Highly recommend to any couple looking for a venue that’s both gorgeous and run by people who genuinely care!"
