Reviews Summary
Enfield Chase Station is a functional commuter hub with helpful staff and nearby amenities like a bike shop. However, its significant lack of disabled access is a major drawback. The surrounding areas offer peaceful nature walks along the River Walk and opportunities for community involvement in conservation.
"Enfield Chase Station is served by Great Northern trains which go towards Stevenage and Moorgate. There is no disabled access only stairs to the platforms the ticket hall area is a average size with just three ticket barriers to use. There is a photo booth inside the ticket hall area also a bicycle shop too and a selection of books to read in the corner. The staircases to the platforms are wide and the two platforms have a few seats the station was clean and tidy and staff are available too. Car park is right outside the station with local buses too."

"Very helpful station staff. The two of us were wheeling suitcases on Thursday 8th September, when very cheerful and polite station staff member Alan offered to take our cases up the stairs for us.
This saved us struggling up the stairs. It also made it a pleasant start to our journey, thanks Alan."

"My local bog standard commuter station. Lacks lifts for wheelchair passengers and those who can’t use stairs, otherwise does what it says on the tin."
