"Stopped here on the way to Sauvey castle just up the road. It is a very peaceful place set in parkland with walled gardens. It has a small cafe with inside and outside seating which serves some nice food."

"I visited Launde Abbey for 5 days and the food was great and staff were really attentive and helpful. The bedroom was simple but comfortable. The grounds were a highlight with views of sheep, a vegetable garden and the Quiet Garden.
As a wheelchair user it was possible to get to most places in the building, but this often required going a different route to the rest of my group and sometimes needed me to exit the building and re-enter using a different entrance with ramp (in the Stables to get from the meeting room to the chapel)"
