Duke of York is a highly recommended Belfast pub, celebrated for its incredibly unique and visually stunning interior packed with vintage memorabilia. Visitors rave about the excellent quality of its traditional Irish beers, especially the rare offering of Guinness, Murphy's, and Beamish on tap. While it can get very busy and is best enjoyed on weekdays for a more relaxed experience, the vibrant atmosphere and friendly staff make it a memorable stop.
"Finally, after many trips to Belfast, we made it to the Duke of York. The interior and exterior decor and vintage collectibles are worth the visit alone. It was quiet when we were there mid afternoon on a week day but we know it is usually crazy busy. We each had a Guinness (as part of a mini pub crawl). Well poured, creamy, perfect temperature. We’ve had one or two better elsewhere in the city but they were better marginally. These are great pints. Friendly staff. Would recommend and will go again."
