"What a fantastic group of buildings. Definitely worth visiting if you have an English Heritage membership.
Its all very newly renovated with an interactive museum telling you about the history of the building and those working there.
We did the "behind the scenes" tour which was nice, going up to the fourth floor to see what it might have been like in the 1900's.
The staff there were so friendly and informative.
There is also a café and areas to sit and eat.
The car park is right around the back, keep following the road round. It is camera controlled so a good idea to read the signs and park correctly."
