"Lots of things going on. There is a canal boat floating cafe that serves a good range of drinks and snacks, where outdoor seating is provided. Good walks along the river Severn and the canal towpath back into Worcester. If you are lucky, you can watch canal boats going through the two locks here onto the river Severn or vice versa onto the canal. This time of year there is plenty of birdie to see, especially swans with their families of cygnets."

"We finally chugged along to Diglis Basin and what an amazing waterside area. The Basin and Marina, it's cultural history and landmark architecture is absolutely stunning! The locks onto the river Severn are big compared to your usual canal locks. We can't wait to go down these onto the Severn and onwards to Gloucester and Sharpness.
We have so loved our first visit to Diglis Basin and the journey to here from Birmingham mainline canals.
Worcester is so stunning, full of history and cultural heritage and the historical buildings, architecture and gorgeous houses are just beautiful.
One of our favourite cities now and let's hope Gloucester can deliver the same beautiful experience.
Thanks Worcester for such a wonderful experience and city, love Worcester we do 💟👍"
