On a clear day you have views across to the Yr Wyddfa mountain range and stretching all the way down the peninsula.
Tide recedes a considerable way which exposes some rocks for exploring and a few sections of old wrecks.
In winter the stormy waves are an amazing sight. And the coastal path along the dunes allows for a good vantage point to see nature at its most wild whilst still being at a safe point.
On a normal day there's always something interesting to find whether you are a sea glass hunter, into beautifully smooth pebbles or have a budgie that needs a free cuttlefish....
This is our dogs second home and easily her favourite place to be.
