Plenty of free parking and you don't need to pay entry to the gardens to use the tea room. Within the walled gardens you get gorgeous views across MarksHall Estate. We had a lovely sticky chicken toasted sandwich with salad and chips and the portion was brilliant, this...

"Superb parklands, with areas dedicated to the trees from different parts of the World.
We had a nice coffee and cake in the café before starting our walk and took our picnic lunch with us.
It was all good, and don't miss the walled gardens, they were exceptional.
When we were at the WWII memorial the gardener stopped mowing the grass so we could look at the memorial in peace.
He came over and told us all about the history and recent events. So nice of him, so considerate. Thank you 👍👍👍👍👍"
