"Clipstone Colliery- a coal mining museum in Clipstone. Coal mining ceased in 2003. Really interesting place. Was the tallest Colliery in Europe during its time. Others have superseded since."

"We was staying in Sherwood Forest and could see this, so I took my drone over there. If you are an amateur or professional photographer looking to get an awesome picture this is a place to go! It looks amazing from the ground too and has a real presence! Drone or ground this will not disappoint for pictures and videos!"

"We attended a brass band concert with Blidworth welfare band. It was the first brass band to have played this venue since the pit closed.
The venue is perfect for this event and is a very interesting place to visit."
