"We recently hosted a retreat here with our Fitness and Food Retreats Business - The Feel Good Project.

Could not be more complimentary of the experience with Cardney. The venue itself is absolutely stunning. We used The Dalradian to host our day - so spacious, new, aesthetic and had everything we needed including speakers inside and out. The view over the loch was a big hit with our guests! We also made use of the beautiful grounds around to explore.

Also a big shout out to Eva who is the Events Coordinator. From booking our event right up until the day itself Eva was brilliant - thought of so many little touches that made things a lot easier for us and our guests, was available on the day and was super quick to help us with questions. Nothing was a problem - made hosting very chilled!

"Becoming Mr and Mrs Byrne at Cardney Steading was just perfect! This place completely speaks for itself but what makes this place so special are those who run it.

Eva, the Venue Manager is honestly one of the most incredible people we have met. From the day we met her, she filled us with such confidence that she would help us pull off the wedding of our dreams. She is just incredible and we genuinely love her from the bottom of our hearts. No question was too silly, always responding within what felt like seconds. She helped set up the day before and just made everything run so smoothly. She made us feel like no suggestion was too silly and even gave us amazing ideas for the day itself, which ended up being some of the best aspects of our day. The morning of the wedding, seconds before walking down the aisle, I was incredibly nervous to become a Mrs. With a quick look and reassurance from Eva, I felt like I could take on the world and the day went beautifully. She truly is amazing and now the Wedding bubble is over, I will be sad to not see her. She is a star and we cannot sing her praises enough.

Lewis, the owner, what a guy. Having the Dalradian built and ready for our big day was daunting. But when we got told it was all built and ready for us to see it, we couldn't wait. The Dalradian is just stunning and nothing short of perfect. Wedding guests could not rave about it more. The balcony is just the cherry on top of the cake looking over the stunning loch. Having the wedding band doing a roaming set on the balcony, looking out to the grounds was just incredible. We got an amazing photo taken down in the boat on the loch and looking up at all our family and friends on the balcony is something I will never ever forget. Lewis did so many taxi runs to and from the venue and accommodation, always with a smile and a little joke. He is truly a legend.

As for the venue itself, WOW. It is just jaw droppingly stunning. The mountain backdrop makes you feel like you are in a movie. Our theme was loosely based off of lord of the rings and it truly felt like we were in another world. The loch was stunning and having drinks on the lawn was just perfect. Guests still cannot stop talking about the location and how every room was just another surprise.

Cardney is just outstanding. It speaks for itself. Every room, every person and everything about this place will forever hold a special place in my heart. The team there eat, sleep and breathe Cardney and you can feel it in every single aspect. All Eva and the team want, is for the people there to have the best day and knowing that, made planning our wedding here so easy. So many guests said how stunning it was and how it was one of the best venues they had been to. We cannot recommend this amazing place enough. If you are getting married and are looking for your venue, look no further! Cardney is it! If you want to feel like you are part of a movie set, in the mountains, making friends with the amazing staff members and to have the party of a life time, Cardney is the place for you!
