"This could be a great venue but it's totally let down by the bar - quite frankly, the service, or rather the organisation of the bar service is pathetic!
Attended the afternoon disco recently held and had to wait over 45 minutes to get served at the bar - along with around 50 others.
ESBC either need to decide if they want to run the bar or are capable of doing it or simply just give up and let the professionals do it.
Shocking experience which puts you off going to this place again!"

"I had my daughters mendhi function at the town hall for approx 180 guests but it can cater for more (250). It is us such a lovely old building full of beautiful features, charm and character. Everyone raved how lovely the venue was. The photos turned out beautiful and a great time was had by all. I highly recommend this venue for such occasions, it can be dressed how you like at a fraction of the price compared to other venues."
