"I use to take my dog for a walk on the guild wheel which goes past Broughton high school last year but haven't since then because of all the pot holes,tryed taken my grandson that way in a wheelchair but gave up as it was impossible to push the wheelchair, they can not say there are a few or none as i took photos of the guild wheel to send to someone about it but didn't get around to it"
