"Great stop off point if heading south to the coast. Lovely little bar, cafe, and restaurant with lovely dishes. The pasties and sausages rolls were delicious, the ploughman’s exceptional. You can taste and buy the Sheppy’s range here, great prices and super tasty. The bar is worth a visit, especially for the cold and crisp ciders on draft.
We didn’t have time to visit the orchards but did see the from afar. The bar does have limited opening hours so please check as there do appear to be some early closing times.
Some of the items on sale are available in supermarket around the UK for comparable ( and sometimes cheaper ) prices than the store here."

"We wen out of our way from Minehead to visit ts place and we enjoyed our visit. We started by parking for free outside then went in to get a mid morning hot drink. We were steered away from the main part of the restaurant when they learned that we only wanted a drink. Fair enough I suppose.
We ordered 4 pots of tea which came to £11. After being suitably refreshed we took our time to explore the shop, the grounds, an orchard and pond. All very attractive. They also have a big play area and other little attractions for families with children. All nicely put together. I was impressed with the big stainless steel vatts used for the cider making process.
Before leaving we returned to the shop to sample the various ciders that they make here and to buy a couple of 12 bottle packs as a 'souvenir'."
