"This is a really beautiful and charming place — the design is amazing, and you can tell that a lot of care went into creating such a wonderful atmosphere. Everything looks great, and overall we really enjoyed our stay.
However, there were two things that could be improved. First, we were assigned to an accessible room (designed for guests with disabilities) without being informed in advance. It would be better if the hotel could let guests know beforehand or confirm that this type of room is suitable for them.
Second, the service could be a bit more attentive. For example, when we asked about using the gym after checking out, the staff just told us to go ask the gym reception ourselves instead of helping directly. It would be nice if the team could be a little more proactive and caring in situations like this.
Other than that, everything else — especially the design and the people who created such a beautiful space — was absolutely wonderful. With a bit more attention to communication and service, this place could be truly perfect."

"The most comfortable bed in the world for only £80 per night. This hotel was beautiful. Whilst I stayed here for a wedding and they had caterers, the breakfast was lovely and the staff were very friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay here again. I would love to know how to duplicate your bed because it truly was the best night's sleep ever! They also leave a fan in the room and an iron and ironing board which is incredibly helpful."

"I can not comment on the rooms, as we only used the venue for a celebration of life to a wonderful loving friend.
We were made to feel welcome from the moment of our arrival, the room used was spacious and well appointed and prepared for our use. Although only a finger buffet with plenty of sweet treats for those inclined.
The bar area was also very pleasant with a very helpful staff, biggest issue in my opinion is it was a cashless venue, personally I feel that this is stating that there is a mistrust in the staff... I know that this isn't the case, but I'd personally prefer the option of using cash, at least that way it is easier for budgeting."
