"I love this place. Whether you start from Blackstone, the safari (Rydd) or Burlish Top. The walk is gorgeous at anytime of year. You can see the Severn Valley Railway, safari park. Poppy fields sometimes. The Devil’s Spitiful and the wild cattle roaming about. It’s just a damn fine place to wander. Please bear in mind if you park at the Blackstone Picnic site it closes the gate at half six PM. There are other places to park. Just have a look on Google maps."
