"Wow what a fantastic experience!! We came to listen to the Music of the Movies played by the Welsh Concert Orchestra. What an absolutely wonderful treat!
The venue was really cool, very fun to enter into that golden swirl ceiling entrance lobby.
The Music of the Movies was thrilling to listen to and watch the orchestra and accompanying choir live. The conductor was funny and kept the performance moving in the most effortless and enjoyable way with his little introductions to certain pieces and well thought out comments and notes of trivia about the music.
The sound of the orchestra was gorgeously full and rich and even though we were at at the top at the back it was still a good enough level of volume to feel fully immersed in the music.
My personal favourites from the set they played were the pieces from Narnia, LOTR's, Star Wars and Harry Potter.
