"We reached out the Ashton Old Baths to use a space as a base for a photoshoot we did in the area. The building itself it really impressive and presents very well. It is very modern and clean and is a lovely place to work.
The room we had was perfect for what we needed and the staff were absolutely lovely. They were so hospitable and understanding of what we needed. We did overrun on our time slightly but the team at Ashton Baths again were really understanding.
Great space - would highly recommend!"

"Very nice location for offices.
Only available for digital businesses and then you have to be rich to have these. Car parking space is extra to what you pay and the smallest office in the building is very expensive. Add on £25 +VAT PCM any that have direct outside windows.
Pity its so expensive especially as there are no in house cafe or anything yet. You have access to a shared kitchen thats it.
Impressed with the building but not with the cost especially as the council funded it and when it flops its more taxpayers money down the drain."

This focus on hospitality transforms Ashton Old Baths from a mere workspace into a place where creativity, collaboration, and innovation can naturally thrive. The positive interactions with the staff are a recurring theme in reviews, underscoring their vital role in the overall positive experience of tenants and visitors alike.

Workspace Realities: Cost and Amenities
Furthermore, specific office features, such as direct external windows, come with a premium price tag. This tiered pricing structure means that businesses with specific needs or preferences may face higher overheads. The absence of an in-house cafe also means that tenants need to make their own arrangements for refreshments or dining, relying solely on the shared kitchen facilities.
Despite these financial considerations, the quality of the building and the supportive environment are often seen as justifying the cost for many. However, for budget-conscious businesses, a thorough understanding of all potential expenses is recommended before committing to a lease.
