What Travellers Say
Reviews Summary
Diners rave about the breathtaking panoramic views and the beautifully presented, delicious Modern British cuisine. The attentive service, particularly from staff like Fabio, is frequently praised, making it a top choice for special occasions. However, some find the prices steep for the overall experience, and occasional issues with ambiance, service pacing, or noise levels have been noted.
"Food is good and very well presented in a fine dining style. Every plate is carefully executed, compliments to the chefs and sous chefs. However, I am not so impressed with the chicken terrine and also it would have been great if the bread was warmed up or guests have a choice to have it toasted perhaps. For the main dishes, I really like the slow cooked beef cheeks that I ordered, the sea bass is a star as well, very well seasoned. I'm not a fan of risotto but I am not too sure about the sour like taste may be there was a wine added to it. But if you are a risotto lover... why not try it ?
All desserts I posted in this review are all delicious.
Our waiter is very accommodating, fun and hospitable and I appreciate the fact that there is one main waiter that sorts out our meals and bill and other servers were also easy to approach and call on for additional orders.
Place and ambience is nice especially with the 360 degree view of London with iconic spots visible while you are in the restaurant.
PRICE reasonable, as it is fine dining and 15% service charge is yes its pricey but I would say the crew deserves it as they serve food fast as well as drinks ordered additionally during the meals.
But I do not appreciate the internet connection in the resto. Too slow.
Over all experience was great ! Will definetly come back ! 🙂💜🌸"

"Aqua Shard offers an unforgettable lunch experience with one of the best views in London from its location on the 31st floor.
The breathtaking panorama of the city skyline creates a perfect backdrop for a special midday meal.
The crab appetizer was delightful, served in a crab-shaped dish with a crispy crab-shaped garnish that pleased both the palate and the eyes. For the main course, I enjoyed a medium-rare steak, cooked just as I like it, and it was very flavorful. The dessert was also delicious, rounding off a wonderful lunch.
The service was fantastic, with Fabio being especially kind and attentive. The combination of elegant atmosphere, delicious food, outstanding service, and unbeatable vista makes AquaShard a top choice for anyone visiting London"

The view was breathtaking, offering an incredible panorama of London that made the whole experience even more special.
Our waiter, Fabio, provided exceptional personal service — friendly, attentive, and truly professional. Five stars for him without a doubt!
If you’re in London, I would highly recommend visiting this restaurant. It might be a bit on the expensive side, but overall, it’s well worth it for the quality, service, and unforgettable atmosphere."
