Reviews Summary
Visitors consistently praise the spectacular performances of 'Wicked' and the theatre's beautiful Art Deco architecture. While the show itself garners rave reviews for its talent and production, some guests have noted challenges with sightlines in certain seating areas and the high cost of concessions.
"We saw Wicked here on the 19th of September after scoring two of the £29,50 front row seats the week before. We got to the venue at 7:00pm. The entry was pretty quick and we bought some drinks, went to the restroom and made it to our seats just in time for the show to start. During intermission I went to the Merch stall and bought a programme and a magnet. It was our first time to see the show and it was incredible! Emma Kingston & Zizi Strallen were absolutely brilliant as Elphaba & G(a)linda. I will absolutely see this show again someday! We were really excited to be front row for our first visit to the show. To see the actors facial expression up close was really nice! The stage and costumes are gorgeous as well! The whole venue was beautiful and there were lots of restrooms present (especially important for women)."

"Wanted to give this place a perfect score but unfortunately I had to give it 4 starts as compared to other theatres we’ve been to this was the hardest one to actually see anything. I’m 6ft 4 and there was 2 lads in front of me and my family and none of us could see anything having to spend the whole show bobbing and waving left to right to catch anything. The theatre itself though was spotless and well spread out etc and the show itself was amazing with the 2 main lead ladies stealing the show with their fantastic singing. Highly recommend. Take own snacks though as 2 small waters and some chocolate buttons were just shy of £10"

"We saw the Wicked on 31st July 2025 and really enjoyed it. We also booked Ambassadors Lounge gold experience which included two free cocktails and crisps and ice cream and it was fantastic I would highly recommend. You have your own bar area not big bit just nice to have this area, during the interval you go back to the lounge and you can leave your bags there the drinks are ready for you. Overall 5 star the performance itself was amazing I can highly recommend and would go back!"
