What Travellers Say
Reviews Summary
Visitors praise Admirals Park and Tower Gardens for its well-maintained beauty, ample picnic space, and family-friendly play areas. The riverside walks and historical memorial are also noted as highlights. Some events, while enjoyable, could benefit from more varied attractions and better refreshment options.
"A great charity firework display hosted by the Rotary Club. A lot of people attended this display. Maybe more fairground rides would have added to the occasion as the queues were very long for the two bigger rides. Couldn't see any places selling good coffee either. Other than that the fireworks and entertainment were very good. Fireworks lasted for 15 minutes and everyone enjoyed the main event. Well done to everyone that organised and manned this event."
Gary Sutton

A play area for the children, plenty of picnic space and a mixture areas for a nice dog walk, with cool down spots in the river."

"I visited Admirals Park today to specifically see the memorial to the Witchcraft Executions in Chelmsford. An important part of our history that we must not forget."
