"Gorgeous circular walk featuring a creek, small waterfall, lake, river with giant boulders and picturesque village.
Fantastic variety, this is a favourite.
We went uphill first by the creek, with a view of the sea higher up. Once past the top, fabulous view of the lake heading down.
Fantastic river walk on the way back, partially on a fun (uneven) rocky path."

"Parked in the NT car park and then walked the circular walk up the Aberglaslyn pass to Beddgelert and then on to Llyn Dinas - good place to stop for a picnic before tackling the steep climb up to Grib Ddu and on into Cwm Bychan (and the old copper mines) before going back to the car park. Route is very easy to follow although a map would be sensible if the weather is the slightest bit poor.
Route up the Aberglaslyn pass is not suitable for the infirm and I wouldn't recommend for small children either.
Don't forget to take a short detour to see Gelert's grave."

"Has a decent size car park at Nantmor to start the snowdonian slate trail, with 2 clean toilets and a pay and display machine, well signposted and eady to find. Trail is very nice running along the side of the river with undulating rugged stones to walk on, some people may find it easier with a stick. Trail goes through Beddgelert which seems to be a lovely village."
