Instead of handling it professionally, he started arguing with me and spoke in a very insulting way. He refused to admit that the fish wasn’t fresh and kept insisting he knew better, even saying things like “if you are too concerned about freshness, you shouldn’t eat fish.”
This kind of behavior is very unprofessional and unacceptable. Customers come to the market expecting respect and honesty. I hope the management takes note of this."
