"Its RAK's major, certainly largest, mall and resembles in most that you'd find in Dubai or Abu Dhabi in terms of style and the type and brand of retailers. Strangely it makes little use of its real USP which is the beautiful mangrove edge which you would expect to have copious f&b offerings. Instead its just an empty boulevard with a few childrens play features. So thats odd. Otherwise this is a nice mall, if you like malls. In summer they're essential. Otherwise I prefer RAKs traditional shopping streets and large deep discount stores."
