"I visited the Khor Kalba Mangrove Center yesterday afternoon around 3 PM. Luckily, it wasn’t crowded, so I was able to get the ticket easily. From the entrance, visitors are taken to the main center in a buggy, which is a nice touch.
The tour begins with a museum-like structure that shares interesting information about mangroves, their habitats, and the creatures that live within them. After that, we moved to the bird center, where we could see a few different species of birds—it was a pleasant experience.
Next, we explored the mangrove forest via a wooden walking bridge. The views were beautiful and gave a real sense of the natural ecosystem. Along the way, there are small hut-style observation stations designed for watching migratory birds. Unfortunately, during this visit, there weren’t any migratory birds to see, but the place itself was still very peaceful and worth exploring.
Overall, it’s a great spot for nature lovers, bird watchers, or anyone who wants to enjoy a quiet and unique outdoor experience in Fujairah."
