"This is a wonderful city hotel close to all the interesting places in Dubai. But the most important thing is something else: it's very welcoming and friendly, and all requests are fulfilled almost immediately. Believe me, there are many comparisons, including famous resort hotels. I love this hotel for its excellent treatment of guests, the delicious cuisine in both restaurants, and the fact that any questions I may have are resolved promptly. I have stayed at this hotel more than 10 times and will stay again and again. Thank you so much for your hospitality!!!"

Great Gym (booked personal trainer!) massage (great teams and great areas such as pool and paddle!! etc. this is my third stay (I have stayed every yr for past 3 yrs) and this time took an apartment for 3-4weeks.
Great place, staff were excellent paritcular the room team. Aminul, Bigyam, and Prasant. Thank you for excellent service with a smile and great politeness and care. You are highy recommended."
