"I recently stayed for a week at the Waldorf Astoria on the Palm Jumeirah, and it was an incredible experience from start to finish. The hotel feels truly luxurious the moment you arrive — the atmosphere, the service, and the attention to detail are outstanding.
I especially want to highlight the amazing breakfast team who looked after us each morning: Shoaib, Wasim, Kiran, Kushan, Keth, Angeine, Santul, and Kusam. Every one of them was friendly, attentive, and genuinely committed to making sure we had everything we needed. There were never long waits, and any request was handled quickly and with a smile.
A special shout-out to Shoaib, who really stood out. His warm approach, professionalism, and constant attention made our mornings even more enjoyable. He made us feel incredibly well cared for throughout our stay.

"As soon as you walk into the hotel you can immediately notice that nothing is going to be too much trouble, staff are polite friendly and helpful.
The entrance is beautifully designed/decorated, smells amazing and very clean.
The pool is a decent size (no slides ) and a good sized adults pool (we didn’t use it as we have 2 children).
A special mention to Borzo and his team who ensured we had everything we needed around the pool area. He is polite, friendly and kind and again nothing is too much trouble for him.
Also Abhi, Raghu,Akram and chathura are really friendly, helpful and work very hard. All the team do a fantastic job especially having to work outside in the heat.
The beach is lovely, lots of sunbeds, staff clearing the sea of jellyfish, sea urchins to ensure swimming in the sea is safe and comfortable.
The view from the beach and the sunset 55 bar at sunset is absolutely beautiful. Perfect opportunity to get some beautiful photos.
For us we felt like the hotel was the perfect size, although there were probably lots of people staying here it never once felt too busy or overcrowded.
The restaurant and cleaning staff are also polite and again make sure everything is done to the highest standard.
The hotel is perfect for what we needed, a chilled relaxing holiday."
