Gym is well equipped and actually has a nice view of the “sea” and butj al arab. Pool is quite good too. It’s large enough and has a nice kids section as well.

The only issue with the traffic is that there’s no “official” pedestrian crossing of the service road near this building so you have to rely on politeness and driving skills of the motorists passing by. On the positive side - one doesn’t have to cross the main road to reach the park, because you go under the bridge.
Traffic noise could be a bit too much especially in busy hours (weekend nights). But it’s a general issue with all the buildings in this area when facing the roadside. Noise radars would definitely help if installed one day.
This particular building has tons of opportunities for guest parking.

Safe walking areas on beach side and at Etihad Park, which has 2.6km jogging track. Several small supermarkets within walking distance. Numerous taxis passing at front door, never needed to prebook. Tips if you're thinking of renting: make sure beach club membership is written into your tenancy agreement;"
