I accidentally spilled hot coffee on myself (completely my fault), and the way they took care of me was incredible. They sent breakfast to my room, checked on me constantly, and even surprised me with fresh fruit. Their kindness honestly touched my heart.
A special shout-out to Sweder, the best front desk employee ever. He supported us from the moment we checked in and made everything so easy during our stay abroad. And Robbi as well — one of the finest team members there. Honestly, the whole staff is amazing.

Everyone is always smiling and happy to help and make sure everything about your stay is perfect. From the reception team, the valets and all the way to the room service staff, every single one offered an excellent service. The attention to detail in every service is really what makes The Lana stand out as a hotel.
