What Travellers Say
Reviews Summary
Visitors generally praise The Green Planet Dubai for its unique concept as an indoor rainforest and the engaging experience it offers, especially for families. The knowledgeable staff and the variety of exotic plants and animals are frequently highlighted as positives. However, some find the ticket price a bit high for the duration of the visit.
"It’s a lovely place.
Done well
Lots of interesting birds and animals
Anyone interested in natural beauty than it’s worth visiting
However, there is no parking near by.
There is construction going around.
The entrance is also a distance away because of it.
In this heat with lack of proper parking and the long walk to the entrance it’s definitely think twice about visiting the place.
Specially if you have elderly people with you.
The parking is inside the city walk parking.
We had to pay for the parking as Green planet didn’t tell us that they could validate the ticket for free parking.
Plus the tickets are expensive.
There is no discount for elderly people."

"This is a must visit attraction here in Dubai. I love nature and birds and it is very nice to know that we’re able to closely experience them. Once you enter the building, you’ll be greeted with a big aquarium entrance and mini pond and wall of small fishes,. Then came the big tree with a lot of birds, mammals hanging on it. There are also snakes, spiders, snails, frogs and a lot more. I am amazed how the Green Planet maintains these wonderful nature and creatures. I am very happy seeing these creatures closely, take a picture with them and observe them. Then came the surprise, the Indoor rain with thunder and lightning effect is surreal. It feels you are inside a forrest. It is an experience I would love to try again. Very recommended for families, kids and can be a romantic date as well. Souvenirs shop and food/restaurant area are available. You will really learn a lot, interesting ecosystem knowledge."

"We had a fantastic time with our 6 month old son. There is a ton of verticality, which really makes the space feel alive.
The birds have a fair amount of room to fly around. The lemurs are fearless and beautiful. The atmosphere is great.
Really recommend this to get up close with some amazing animals (but not touch them!). It's great for kids."
