I would like to especially recognize Saif Khan, Front Desk Manager, who was incredibly welcoming and accommodating during check-in. He was personable, pleasant to deal with, and went above and beyond to ensure my family’s stay was memorable and unforgettable. His genuine care and professionalism truly stood out.
The Executive Lounge was another highlight of our stay. The high tea and cocktail hour were consistently amazing, and the entire lounge team provided excellent service throughout our visit. Unfortunately, I did not catch all the names of the individuals who assisted us, but they made the experience memorable for our entire family.
A very special thank you to Wapang, who served us several times during our stay and consistently delivered exceptional service. We really connected with him, and his thoughtfulness—leaving behind a note and a gift—was incredibly touching. He truly went above and beyond and deserves special recognition for his outstanding hospitality and genuine care for guests.
I would also like to commend the team at the pool area, who were equally attentive, friendly, and accommodating. Although I regret not remembering their names, their excellent customer service and warm approach did not go unnoticed and added greatly to our overall experience.
