"This hotel is fabulous. Nothing was too much trouble. Amazing stay from start to finish, Steak & Italian restaurants were lively. Staff were so attentive Kumaran and young lady in the Italian were very friendly and helpful. Salon was great, we got a facial and a wash & blow dry. Can't fault the hotel or staff. Oh and the smell in the hotel is divine. If you are going in November it's still 28 29 degrees which is lovely."

Traveling with kids can be hit or miss, but Rixos absolutely exceeded our expectations. The kids’ accommodations and activities were astounding, there was always something fun to do, and our children had the best time. This resort is truly designed with families in mind.
A special highlight of our stay was A La Lurca restaurant. Not only was the food delicious, but the service was next level. Naresh Singh, our server (along with all the other staff), went above and beyond in every possible way. We have a very picky eater in our family, and without hesitation, the staff was willing to accommodate our needs, even preparing food that wasn’t available on the buffet or standard dinner menu. That level of care and flexibility is rare and deeply appreciated.
