"This Marhaba lounge is an apogee of ridiculousness. The lounge itself is rather small, however, the manager has closed half of it for “reserved customers”, as it is stated, I don’t know the reality because nobody showed up in the 2 hours I’ve spent there. Staff is more concerned about how not to let people take places in the reserved area rather than showing hospitality or providing decent services. Food is ok, toilets are clean. However, it’s all you can get here. No tv, no kids area or any attractions, VERY strange sitting policy and unacceptably small accommodation area. I do regret having spent my lounge pass here. By the way, huge line in front to get in, although half of the lounge is absolutely free. I’ve never seen such a horrible mismanagement of a vip lounge."
