"My family and I just completed a wonderful stay at the JW Marriott in Dubai! The service staff were impeccable! The service started once we stepped out of the cab, and Jamil (who was in front) made sure we were well taken care off. He was a friendly face throughout our stay and definitely made the stay feel more personal! Whenever we met him at the lobby or in front, he was always available for any questions and any help we needed! Truly amazing service :)
The housekeeping staff were also very prompt and any messages I sent was answered very promptly, truly appreciated!
Also spent some time by the pool one evening and the pool and restaurant staff by the pool worked as a great team together ensuring we were comfortable during our stay.
As we were departing, we were once again reminded of the amazing service by the team in the front!

The hotel offered some really nice views of the city skyline, which was a great bonus. What truly stood out, though, was the staff. From the moment I checked in, the front desk team was incredibly friendly, and the housekeeping service was always prompt and professional. Everyone made me feel welcome the whole time I was there.

"One of the largest downtown Dubai hotels, the view of it from outside is almost better than the views from inside. Overall excellent service from the staff, you may never have to leave since there are so many different restaurants to choose from, and if you are given access to the club lounge, you can work and eat there too.
The rooms are very well spread out from each other so you dont see or here much from the hallways, there is a nice curve to the hallways and lighting. The hotel is so big that each floor almost had its own lobby with seating area (as big as some hotels actual lobby). There are many elevators but still can take a few minutes sometimes for your elevator to arrive. There is some kind of system that assigns you an elevator as soon as you press the button. The rooms themselves have comfortable beds and a high end shower and bathtub.
The pool has the pool and then also a sun deck area which is larger and less crowded. The pool does get crowded quickly (the lounge chairs not in the actual pool) but it is well attended to for towels and food/bar. There is even a small complimentary sunscreen dispenser by the pool check in desk. The best view of the hotels tower is from the pool.
Did not try any of the restaurants but there is a great selection of different types of cuisine and all have elegant modern decor.
Overall it was an excellent stay and highly recommended in the downtown Dubai area."
