"Our second visit & it lived up to our memories & expectations. The hotel staff are friendly courteous, efficient & knowledgeable. The food was excellent both in the Palmery & around the pool. Access to other hotels via the buggies meant access to a huge resort. Last year we arrived mid September & the heat meant outside dining wasn’t really a comfortable option but a mid November visit this year allowed us to enjoy breakfast & dinner on the terraces. We will return. A most wonderful hotel, resort & holiday."

"This was our second stay at this property and still lived up to our amazing memories from the first time a couple years ago. This property is expansive but still feels easy to navigate, multiple pools to choose from and beautiful large spacious rooms. The breakfast buffet is great as well as the food by the pool which I feel like is not the case for most hotels. They have so many amazing restaurants on property but also at the sister properties, which you can get a buggy to take you to and from.
This is definitely a family friendly property, lots of families with children and many kid centric activities like the water park. My husband and I have come as just a couple and it is still relaxing and romantic! We can’t wait to revisit!"

"This place it top notch in terms of service and quality. I cannot summarise everything that they did while we stayed at the hotel but I tell you it’s worth the money at least if you book a normal room like we did. They offer:

Free sunglasses cleaning station
Several pools. Hundreds of people taking care of everything. Friendly. Fast. Discrete.
The audience is respectful in general. The breakfast is one of the best I experienced. The guy at the station for avocado toast should get a promotion. I could go on but it would be way too long. But one thing. Restaurants are pricy. But the souk offers great alternatives."
