"Absolutely wonderful hotel for my one week business trip. Easily reachable from Dubai Airport by both public transportation (metro and tram) or by Uber (~40 minutes).
As I came in December, the weather was really pleasant and could have breakfast outside in the morning on the terrace and for evening cocktails I went to the Club Lounge on the 39th floor with really nice views and a wonderful staff. Everyone was kind and professional, knew my order already from the 2nd day onwards, really pleasant place to chill after a day of work.
Staff in general is superb, with everyone being kind, professional and supportive.
Accessibility is great, the Tram is just across the street and if you can combine your travel with the metro, no need to stay in the long traffic jams.
For the room, I got a Junior Suite, with separate living and sleeping rooms, but forgot to take pictures 🙈
All in all, if this is your area to be in Dubai, then I definitely recommend this hotel. I for sure plan to return next year."

"Five star hotel in the heart of the Marina. Outstanding service , food , drinks , facilities and room. We had a room with a balcony facing the Marina which was lovely to sit out and watch the boats go by. The club lounge access is fabulous, comes with breakfast, afternoon tea and drinks and canapés in the evening. The staff in this lounge could not have been more friendly, welcoming and attentive to every detail , they made our stay extra special and would like to thank and complement all of this team who should be named: Sanjay, Divine, Asmita and Sintya. Thank you, you provided exceptional service! Thanks to the club lounge experience we would come back in a heartbeat! It was my birthday while we stayed and I had a cake sent to my room , so thoughtful and I felt valued as a long tenure IHG member.
The location of this hotel is perfect for walking to JBR beach , the Marina Mall and the Marina plaza , highly recommend this hotel!!"
