"I visited Desert Blue Brand Outlet in JAFZA Jebel Ali, and the experience was extremely disappointing.
They advertise “reasonable prices,” “50%–60% discounts,” and big promotions, but this is absolutely misleading.
• The bags, even the branded ones, were more expensive than in the actual brand boutiques. For example, a Chloé bag in the official store is cheaper by 20–50 AED compared to their so-called “discounted” price. They clearly inflate the prices, then pretend they are giving offers.
• The clothes were in very bad condition — they looked worn, like second-hand or old stock. Many pieces had a strange smell and did not feel clean or hygienic at all. Despite the poor quality, the prices were extremely high.
• The seller even said that if you have an Isra’a card (Fazaa/ESAAD-type discount), they give only 10% off, which is far from being a real outlet discount.
Overall, the place does not reflect its name, the products are overpriced, the quality is questionable, and the whole experience is unpleasant.
I do not recommend this shop at all."
