"Had a much needed couple's night out to end our 2 week vacation, so we dropped by Aroos Damascus Restaurant.
They served every table with fresh greens and salads with a wonderful hummus dip - not forgetting warm bread to go with the salad.
We had several dishes between us: Kibbeh, Kibda, Sayaadea Rice, Aleppo Kofte, Lentil Soup, Grilled Half Chicken, etc.
The standout for me was the Chicken Liver (Kibda). Lovely blend of pomegranate, tomato and spices with onions and garlic.
Every server was friendly and helpful which made the whole experience delightful and satisfying.
