"I’ve just stayed at Anantara and genuinely had an amazing experience from start to finish. The hotel itself is stunning — beautiful views, amazing facilities, and a really relaxing atmosphere — but what truly makes it stand out is the staff.
A special mention has to go to the wonderful team at the Lotus Lounge, who were always so welcoming and attentive every time I visited. Their service really added an extra touch of comfort to my stay.
I also want to give a huge shoutout to Boniface at the poolside bar. His friendliness, energy, and top-tier service made every pool day even better. Always smiling, always helpful — a real credit to the hotel.
And finally, Robert in the North Residence deserves recognition for going above and beyond. His professionalism and warm attitude made my experience there incredibly smooth and enjoyable.

"Just back from our stay. We loved it! This is the first hotel I've ever stayed where I can genuinely say EVERY staff member was great. Testament to the hotel and community they have built, all staff were helpful and seemed to enjoy their jobs. Massive thank you to the team at Revo Cafe who looked after us, and the team at Mekong. Both delivered an exceptional service.
My only criticism was the temperature of the lagoon water. We upgraded to a lagoon access but the water was freezing. I'm sure in the summer that it would be perfect but for the winter it was too cold. Thank you to Naphen for driving us around the resort and thank you to our cleaner (Apologies I didn't catch his name) but he left the place spotless every day.
I'd definitely look to book again, maybe in the warmer months."
